Smt. ANIE JULA THOMAS IAS has taken charge as District Collector Kollam on 25/05/2026. The District Collector is a 2018-batch IAS officer. Prior to her appointment to Kollam, she was serving as Officer on Special Duty in the Industries Department. She had also held additional responsibilities as Director of the Coir Development Department, Director of the National Coir Research and Management Institute, and Managing Director of KTDFC.
