Ex-gratia financial assistance

Disbursement of the financial assistance to the beneficiaries of Covid19 deceased persons is at the final stage.
Almost 95% applications have been received from the beneficiaries and payment has been processed.
But complaints are received from a few beneficiaries that they didn’t receive the payment in their bank account till date.
For registering such cases fill the form below, The District Disaster Management Authority will inform the applicant after examining the complaint.
